One of the greatest travel privileges extended to us as Flight Attendants is a relatively new phenomenon known as reciprocal cabin seat agreements (RCSA). It took your Union many hard fought hours, days, weeks and years to secure this privilege with the advent of the American Airlines/American Eagle ground breaking agreement on November 15th, 2005. Since then, we have worked in partnership with Southwest Airlines to secure numerous other agreements with others still to come.

Since these agreements have procedural variances, we thought it would be useful to have a central location on your Union's Website. We hope you find this to be a helpful reference tool that is both easy to get to and user friendly.
