Education is important to TWU Local 556. Our Local is proud to sponsor five (5) scholarships for the 2025-2026 academic year:
The Charline Jenkins “CJ” Bostic Scholarship
The Paul Gaynor Scholarship
The Madeleine Howard Scholarship
The Robert “Trebor” McDowell-Akins Scholarship
The Gwen York Scholarship
Michael J. Quill Scholarship Fund
TWU International is now accepting applications for the Michael J. Quill Scholarship Fund. This scholarship will offer fifteen (15) college-bound dependents of TWU Members a scholarship worth $4,800.00. This scholarship will be paid out, each year in the amount of $1,200.00 to winners who continue to be eligible over their four (4) year course.
