Contract 2024 came with annual pay rate increases of 3% each year on the date of ratification – May 1 through 2027. This means that yesterday, May 1, 2025, we all received an automatic 3% pay raise applied to all TFP associated with May’s schedule. This pay rate increase will be reflected in our June 20, 2025, paycheck. Today, on International Workers’ Day, we celebrate the one-year anniversary of our Contract ratification, where more than 21,000 Southwest Airlines Flight Attendants overwhelmingly ratified the Pink Contract valued at $6.3 billion over the four-year agreement.
