Contract 2024 included multiple new pay components to protect our time on duty, especially during IROPs. Initially, these pay components were a manual process for Inflight Payroll Audit. Over the past 10 months, SWA Inflight Technology has focused on moving from a manual process to automating these pay components. As of this week, the final two pay components, Last Day Late Premium (LDLP) and Late Return Override (LRO) have been automated. Let’s take a look at what this means for us and what to look for on our Payroll Reports.
