The Tentative Agreement (TA2024) Ratification vote will be conducted electronically by our outside vendor Election-America. Election-America is an election services provider based out of Mineola, NY who was recently used for the Officer and Board Member Election. They have proven to adhere to strict standards established by the LMRDA as well as the Department of Labor (DOL).

April 10, 2024, will be the date of eligibility for voting on TA2024, which begins at 1200 Central Time on April 10, 2024, and closes on April 24, 2024 at 1200 Central Time. To be eligible to vote, a Member must not be arrears in dues, an Agency Fee Objector (AFO), or be on probation. A Member arrears in dues must contact the Financial Secretary-Treasurer prior to 1200 Central Time on April 10, 2024, and pay any dues in arrears to be eligible to vote.
