Contract 2024 Extended Bonding Leave Update

During a meeting with Southwest your Negotiating Committee, and Union Leave Specialist were able to rectify an issue with transitioning Flight Attendants from the previous Contract language to the new Contract language in regards to maternity, parental and extending bonding leaves.

Since Contract 2024 was ratified on April 24, 2024, your TWU Local 556 Contract Negotiating Committee has been hard at work on the next steps.
