April 10, 2024, will be the date of eligibility for voting on TA2024, which begins at 1200 Central Time on April 10, 2024, and closes on April 24, 2024 at 1200 Central Time. To be eligible to vote, a Member must not be arrears in dues, an Agency Fee Objector (AFO), or be on probation. A Member arrears in dues must contact the Financial Secretary-Treasurer prior to 1200 Central Time on April 10, 2024, and pay any dues in arrears to be eligible to vote.

The TWU Local 556 Board of Elections (BOE) will be overseeing the Tentative Agreement (TA) 2024 Ratification vote. Our vendor, Election America, Inc., conducted the 2024 Executive Board Election and will also handle the vote for TA2024. A Tentative Agreement Ratification vote is not a Department of Labor (DOL) governed vote; therefore it can be done electronically.
